Pastor Don is a native of Houston, Texas. He is married to LaKeesha Posley-Sowell of Indianapolis, Indiana. They are the parents of 5 children, Donisha, Jahi, Joy, Alyssa, and Iron.

Pastor Don earned his Bachelors in Health Care Administration from Western Kentucky University, his Masters of Business Administration from Texas Woman's University, and a Masters of Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University. He is actively pursuing his Doctorate in Ministry.

Pastor Don has served as a Healthcare Executive for over 20 years. In this role, he oversees the overall operations for healthcare facilities.

Pastor Don has a heart to serve and meet needs, through his vocation and ministry he aims to meet the needs of others. Under the compulsion of the Holy Spirit, Evangelical Christian Ministries was birthed. Romans 5:1 gave birth to the Ministry's belief statement:

"Evangelical Christian Ministries believes that everyone can become acceptable to God through Faith, which will allow Everyone to Live in Peace"

When you take a closer look above you will notice that the "X" in Exchange is a cross. The "E" represents Evangelism.

At Evangelical Christian Ministries we believe that it is our responsibility to present the Gospel to others through evangelism.

After this is done, the Holy Spirit is able to do its complete work.  The end result will be "CHANGE"!
